Shopping Spree Becomes Another Giving Opportunity!

March 2013 marked West Seattle Thriftway's 25th year of serving our community. As a part of the celebration we held a fund raiser selling raffle tickets for a $500 Western Family Shopping Spree with all proceeds benefiting the West Seattle Food Bank. With the help of our amazing customers we were able to raise $2,200!

Rob Dent, West Seattle Resident had four minutes to gather as much Western Family merchandise as he could today, the tally came to a whopping $436.00 which Rob claimed he will be sharing with the Food Bank.

In their last fiscal year families visited the West Seattle Food Bank 37,943 times. Learn more here.

It's our Silver Anniversary and we're celebrating by giving back!

To help celebrate our 25th year in business we are giving away a shopping spree courtesy of our house brand, Western Family.

Raffle tickets will be sold between March 13th through the 27th for $1 each with all proceeds benefiting The West Seattle Food Bank. One lucky winner will be chosen and will get four minutes to run around the store and gather as much Westrn Family merchandise as possible!

It's a great opportunity to help others in need and have some fun at the same time!
