Pasta Alfredo
Ingredients:
12oz dry fettuccine pasta of choice
1 Cup unsalted butter
3/4 Cup heavy cream
1/4 Tsp garlic granules
3/4 Cup Grated Pecorino Romano
1/2 Cup Parmesan
Italian parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
1. Cook pasta until al dente and drain, set aside.
2. In a large saucepan, melt butter into heavy cream over low heat. Salt and pepper to taste and add garlic granules. Stir in cheese over medium heat, stirring constantly until the cheese is melted and fully incorporated.
3. Add the cooked pasta to the saucepan and lightly toss/stir to coat. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Try adding fresh herbs or steamed asparagus for a great addition to this classic sauce.
