Asian Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:

1 english cucumber

ΒΌ cup rice wine vinegar

2 teaspoons sugar

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1 tablespoon dill, chopped

ice water


Instructions:

1. Slice cucumber in quarters lengthwise, remove seeds and slice thinly.

2. Combine vinegar, sugar, red pepper and dill and stir until sugar is dissolved.

3. Add sliced cucumber.

4. Add ice water to cover.

5. Wrap and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
