Grilled Chili Rellenos

Ingredients:

1 lb green beans, trimmed

½ cup hazelnuts, skins removed

¾ cup creme fraiche

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

2 medium tomatoes, diced and seeded

4 cups mixed greens

salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

1. Cook green beans in boiling salted water until tender (5 - 8 minutes). Drain, place in ice water, drain and wrap in a towel.

2.Toast hazelnuts in a skillet over meduim-high heat until golden. Coarsley chop.

3. In a bowl, combine creme fraiche, salt, pepper and vinegar. Add tomatoes and let sit for 10 minutes to color dressing.

4. To assemble, dress greens with 2 tablespoons of dressing. Arrange on a platter. Toss green beans with ½ cup of dressing and arrange on top of greens. Drizzle with remaining dressing and sprinkle with hazelnuts.
