Fish Tacos with Salsa Slaw
Ingredients:
The Slaw
4 cups thinly sliced cabbage or one bag
coleslaw mix
1 cup chunky salsa
ΒΌ cup chopped cilantro
fresh lime juice
Instructions
1. Toss ingredients together to combine.
The Fish
1 lb firm white fish fillets
1 teaspoon chili powder
oil to cook
8 (6-inch) corn tortillas
Instructions:
1. Heat oil to medium-high.
2. Sprinkle fish with chili powder.
3. Cook until fish flakes and cut in bite sized pieces.
4. Wrap in warmed tortillas with slaw.
4. Grill on medium heat turning frequently, until soft and cheese has melted.
