Mustard Relish
Ingredients:
8 ounces Giardiniera, drained, Rinsed and drained again
10 oz jar sweet gherkin pickles, drained
(reserve 3 tablespoons of syrup)
½ cup yellow mustard
1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions:
1. Chop Giardiniera and pickles into bite size pieces.
2. Mix all ingredients in bowl.
3. Keeps, refrigerated and covered indefinitely.
