Polenta Lasagna

Ingredients:

1-18 oz roll pre-cooked polenta

½ lb shredded mozzarella

1 - 25 oz container of pasta sauce of your choice (red sauces are best)


Instructions:

1. Slice polenta in ½ inch rounds and form a layer in oiled baking dish.

2. Pour sauce over top.

3. Top with cheese.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling.

This also works well with a layer of sauteed mushrooms on top of polenta.
