Southwest Salad
Ingredients:
1 medium jicama, julienned
2 oranges, peeled, halved and sliced
horizontally
1 medium red onion, halved and sliced
2 avocados, peeled, halved and sliced
3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
lime juice
orange juice
1 teaspoon chili powder
splash of oil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Arrange sliced fruits and vegetables on platter.
2. Combine remaining ingredients to make a dressing and pour over arrangement.
