Torta di Pasta
Ingredients:
8 oz dried spaghetti, cooked
½ cup oil-packed sundried tomatoes, chopped
4 large eggs
¾ cup parmesan cheese, grated
¾ cup fontina, grated
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Toss spaghetti with sundried tomatoes.
2. Whisk eggs, cheeses, salt and pepper together, pour over spaghetti mixture and toss.
3. Preheat broiler. Melt butter and oil in 9 inch saute pan. Add pasta mixture to pan and press to even out.
4. Cook until butter is golden.
5. Finish by broiling until top is golden, about 5 minutes. Let cool. Invert on platter.
