Tortellini Salad
Ingredients:
1 package dry tortellini
1 red bell pepper diced
1 can garbanzo beans, drained
1 cup kalamata olives, halved
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cup romano cheese grated
Brianna’s Caesar Dressing or Balsamic Vinaigrette
Instructions:
1. Cook off tortellini. DO NOT OVERCOOK.
2. Drain, rinse in COLD WATER.
3. Drain and toss lightly in small amount of olive oil
4. In large bowl, toss all ingredients.
5. Garnish with whole cherry tomatoes and basil leaves.
