Smoked Turkey Salad

Ingredients:

1 ½ pounds smoked turkey, julienned

¾ pound havarti or swiss, julienned

2 cups seedless grapes, halved

1 cup chopped celery

2 cups mayonnaise

¼ cup sherry vinegar

salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

1. Combine turkey, cheese, grapes and celery in a large bowl.

2. Mix mayonnaise and vinegar. Adjust seasoning. Toss with all ingredients.
