Chicken Verde Casserole

Ingredients:

8 ounces cooked chicken, shredded

1 - 32 oz jar salsa verde

1 - 12 oz package small corn tortillas

1 pint sour cream

1 - 12 oz package shredded cheese, (cheddar, jack or a combo)


Instructions:

1. Spray 2qt. casserole with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Place tortillas (3-4) on bottom of dish. Tear to fit completely into bottom.

3. Pour 1 cup salsa over tortillas. Add ½ cup sour cream, 1 cup chicken, 1 cup shredded cheese.

4. Place another layer of tortillas on top and repeat Step 3.

5. Top with tortillas, sour cream, cheese and remaining salsa.

6. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes or until heated through and bubbling.
