No degree required. Union position. $19 - $21/hr

Qualifications:

  • Experience is a plus but not required.!

  • Attention to detail with special emphasis on correct orders.

  • Dependable, reliable, organized, with the ability to prioritize your workload.

  • Desire to be a part of a team, and ability to be open to each person's ideas.

  • Excellent customer service skills is a must.

  • Must have a high level of self motivation, initiative and problem solving skills.

Meat Cutter / Butcher

certification required. Union position. $21.15 - $28.50

Duties:

  • Supervise and lead a team of crew members to ensure efficient and effective operations

  • Oversee daily tasks and assignments, providing guidance and support as needed

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels

  • Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns

  • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers

  • Assist with sales activities, including upselling and cross-selling products

  • Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners for efficient movement of stock

  • Ensure compliance with shipping and receiving procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus

  • Proficient in using equipment such as pallet jacks and RF scanners

  • Knowledge of inventory control procedures

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
