1 lb large Shrimp, peeled and deviened
4 tsp Soy Sauce
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger, minced
1/4 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
3 Tbsp Vegetable oil
1/2 Cup Water
1 Tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 Tsp Cornstarch
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
Toss shrimp and 2 tsp of soy sauce in a medium bowl. Combine garlic, ginger, pepper flakes and 1 tbsp oil in a small bowl. Stir water, sesame oil, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and remaining soy sauce together in a measuring cup.
Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a large non-stick skillet over high heat until hot. Add shrimp to skillet and cook until opaque, about 2 minutes. Push shrimp to the side of skillet and add garlic mixture to center of skillet, mash with a spoon until fragrant, about 10 seconds, stir into shrimp.
Add water mixture and cook until thickened, about 2 - 3 minutes, stir in shrimp to combine
Serve over rice and season with black pepper to taste.
