1 1/2 lbs Salmon
1 Large Avocado
Dark Sesame Oil
Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Ginger, grated
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
2 Tsp Toasted Sesame Seeds
Cut fish into bite size chunks. In a medium skillet heat sesame oil over medium high heat. Cook salmon turning occasionally for about 6 minutes.
While salmon is cooking dice the avocado into bite sized pieces. Cover avocado with lemon juice to prevent browning.
In a medium bowl, whisk 1/8 Cup Soy sauce with 2 1/2 tbsp sesame oil. Add ginger, avocado and sesame seeds to mix and toss.
Serve salmon topped with sauce or on the side.
