4 - 6 oz salmon fillets
salt and black pepper to taste
1 lb fresh, strawberries (local if available), diced
1 jalapeƱo, finely diced
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
1/3 cup red onion, diced
Juice of a lime
salt and black pepper to taste
In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients except salmon and stir together until combined.
Preheat grill to medium high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Oil the grill grates or spray them with cooking spray then place the salmon fillets on and grill each side for approximately 3-4 minutes or until desired degree of doneness is reached.
Top the salmon with the strawberry salsa.
