Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms

  • 1 Dozen medium-large crimini mushrooms, stems removed

  • 1 lb Shrimp and crab dip from our Seafood Department

  • 1/2 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs

  • 2 Tbsp Italian Parsley, chopped

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 375F.

  • Mix panko into the shrimp and crab dip.

  • Place a spoonful of the dip into the cavity of each mushroom and sprinkle each with cheese.

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and mushrooms have softened.

  • Remove from oven and sprinkle parsley over the tops of the mushrooms and transfer to a platter.ot or at room temperature.
