1 Dozen medium-large crimini mushrooms, stems removed
1 lb Shrimp and crab dip from our Seafood Department
1/2 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp Italian Parsley, chopped
Preheat oven to 375F.
Mix panko into the shrimp and crab dip.
Place a spoonful of the dip into the cavity of each mushroom and sprinkle each with cheese.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and mushrooms have softened.
Remove from oven and sprinkle parsley over the tops of the mushrooms and transfer to a platter.ot or at room temperature.
