1 lb Cooked Chicken, chopped
1 Can or 2 Cups Fresh Corn, Drained
2 Cans or 1 Box Chicken Stock
1 Can Black Beans, drained and rinsed
2 Cups Salsa (preferably chunky)
1 Cup Tortilla Chips
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Combine ingredients, except cheese and corn in a large sauce pan.
Simmer over medium heat until tortilla chips fall apart, about 20 minutes.
Place more tortilla chips in a bowl and top with soup and cheddar cheese.
Add corn and heat through being careful not to boil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
